It is time to meet again. We are planning to organize the DAC Alumni Meet on 15th August, 2010. We are writing this mail in order to extend our most sincere invitation to attend the meet and make it a grand success, with your support and active participation. All of us shall get together, share our memories, renew our relationships, honors our achievements and forge together new opportunities. We request you to contact us as soon as possible confirming your participation. We would be obliged if you could forward this mail to your batch-mates and other alumni. The program details are as follows.

with going further to this we visited some venues once try to make estimate for all the event.

From last week we were visiting so many places in pune,near by pune which could be venue for our Alumni Meet , Finally we liked one place
which is near by deccan (Central part of pune) but as we choose 15th August for our Meet so they have only 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM slot available.
Which may be fill very soon if we are not book it ASAP. After estimating all the expences we have one approx. figure for countribution,
We all have to contribute 300 - 350 Rs each!
Is this 0K guys.
If you have any concerns/suggestions please raise here only today EOD.
Please reply your confirmation on any of the following number by today EOD.
